Open Gym: Weekdays 5-9pm

Original designed for children 5 years old and older, as reflected in a majority of our open gym times

However, after an outpouring of request we have extended our offerings to add

Wee GroWild: 2-5 year olds, Mon & Weds 5-6pm

Teen Night Out: Fridays 8-10pm

Admission: $15 + tax

• admission includes ONE player and ONE adult

• $7 each additional adult

Reservation Only:

• Open Gym is by reservation only and must be booked online in advance of your open gym time.

• Each participant must have a waiver prior to entering GroWild.

• While we do our best to accommodate drop-ins, availability is limited. Access is on a first-come, first-served basis, with mandatory maximum capacity limits

When booking with multiple children select quantity (of children when booking upper right-hand screen) prior to checking your time

Parent & Guardian Guidelines

1. • Adults must stay on site — no drop-offs.

   • Please supervise your child closely.

   • Join the fun! Equipment is adult-rated, so parents are encouraged to climb, run, and play too.

   • Keep phones on silent/vibrate; take calls outside.

   • No videos or gaming devices (AAC users always welcome).

   • Respect and model all forms of communication.

   • Most importantly: Have fun!

   Rules for Attending

   • Everyone must sign a waiver before play.

   • No outside food or drinks (water cooler provided).

   • Snack breaks: chairs available under the awning.

   • Fragrance-free space.

   • Shoes off in play areas.

   • Sick children or adults must return when well.

   Zero Tolerance Policy
   At GroWild, we are committed to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space — especially for neurodiverse, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC communities.

   Prohibited behaviors include:

   • Bullying, harassment, or intimidation.

   • Slurs, derogatory language, or harmful stereotypes.

   • Hate speech of any kind, in any form (verbal, written, physical, or digital).

   Violations

   • Immediate removal from the premises and permanent ban from programs.

   • Possible further legal or disciplinary action.

   Reporting
   Incidents can be reported to staff or emailed (anonymously if preferred) to info@growildplay.org. All reports are handled promptly, confidentially, and with care.
