Open Gym FAQs

GroWild was originally designed for children 5 years old and older, as reflected in the majority of our open gym times.
However, after an outpouring of requests, we have extended our offerings.
Wee GroWild: 2 - 5 year olds, Monday & Wednesday 5 - 6 pm
Open Gym: 5+ years old, weekdays 5 - 9 pm
Teen Night Out: 13+ years old, Fridays 8 - 10 pm

Yes, reservations are required to play.
Admission: $15 + tax
Admission includes ONE player and ONE adult for one hour
$7 each additional adult
Additional time requires an additional reservation
Reservation Only:
Open Gym is by reservation only and must be booked online in advance of your open gym time
Each participant must have a signed waiver prior to entering GroWild
Access is on a first-come, first-served basis, with mandatory maximum capacity limits. If you have not booked ahead, please check in with GroWild staff to ensure there is space available prior to playing
When booking with multiple children select quantity (upper right side of screen when booking) prior to checking your time

No, adults must stay on site.
Additional Parent & Guardian Guidelines:
Please supervise your child closely.
Join the fun! Equipment is adult-rated, so parents are encouraged to climb, run, and play too.
Keep phones on silent/vibrate; take calls outside.
No videos or gaming devices (AAC users always welcome).
Respect and model all forms of communication.
Most importantly: Have fun!

Prohibited behaviors include:
Bullying, harassment, or intimidation.
Slurs, derogatory language, or harmful stereotypes.
Hate speech of any kind, in any form (verbal, written, physical, or digital).
Violations
Immediate removal from the premises and permanent ban from programs.
Possible further legal or disciplinary action.
Reporting
Incidents can be reported to staff or emailed (anonymously if preferred) to info@growildplay.org. All reports are handled promptly, confidentially, and with care.
